Outstanding service & food! Blackstone catered our wedding on 5/7/22 and they were incredible - from high quality food & drinks to their amazing service. Our guests were raving about it. Thanks for helping to make our day so special. Highly recommended.

We used Blackstone Caterers on our wedding day in August 2021 and they are an absolute 10/10. During unprecedented times when we had to postpone our wedding 1 year, they were extremely communicative, professional, and reliable. Rescheduling couldn't have been easier. Karen in particular is amazing to work with. She is so hands on and makes it look so easy.

From start to finish she made us feel at ease that our day would be perfect, and it was! The FOOD is delicious, and we were lucky enough to be able to try everything due to their hands on/attentive staff. They make sure you don't miss a beat and just enjoy on your special day. When you visit for your tasting you truly get to see how much they love their jobs because they make it so fun. They work with you on decor and menu choices - they have so many options to customize your day to be perfect for you, . I promise you will not be disappointed.

My husband and I couldn't be happier with our experience with Blackstone for our September 2021 wedding. From the start of the process to the big day, they were a pleasure to work with (specifically, we worked very closely with Shannon who couldn't be sweeter). We had numerous COVID postponements and they were so kind and accommodating. And most importantly, the food was delicious!

We used Blackstone for our wedding back in November and we are so happy we went with them. We were looking to find a balance between a fair price point and good quality food, which I feel like can be quite difficult with wedding caterers. We are big foodies and love to cook, so we can be quite hard to impress! After the tasting, we knew we had solidly made the right choice.

Day of, everything was seamless, they were very professional, and everyone was raving about the food. We would definitely recommend them to anyone getting married in the area.

Blackstone Caters catered my wedding and we couldn't have asked for a better company to cater it! The food was absolutely delicious and we have had so many guests compliment us on the dinner and desserts! We loved the Knead Donut Station! Shannon was a pleasure to work with and was on top of everything! I have to eat gluten free and we have a lot of nut allergies in my family, and there were no allergy issues as they take this very seriously. We highly recommend Blackstone to cater any event!

Blackstone Catering made our wedding perfect. Danielle and her team were phenomenal, and made our meal and cocktail hour go flawlessly. Can't recommend them enough!

The food is beyond delicious. I am looking forward to my wedding so much more now that I tasted it all. 10 out if 10. Aside from food, everyone has been so accommodating and really works with you to make your day special and what you want. I can't wait to see the final result! Karen and her team were the absolute best! We ended up postponing our wedding due to COVID and Karen was so accommodating and understanding. She was there for us when we weren't sure about things and was always positive. I'm the end everything worked out beautifully. The food was absolutely amazing and delicious! Guests are still talking about how good everything was! From the drinks, appetizers, main entree, and table settings, everything was perfect. I am secretly hoping someone uses them in the future so I can eat their food again!

Karen at Blackstone was amazing from the first time I reached out to her. She was able to answer every question and fulfill every request! She was able to coordinate to handle not only our catering but also our cake and rentals. This saved me so much time and hassle! The food was absolutely incredible and had our guests raving and the service was second to none.

Not only were my husband and I well cared for with a personal server all night who ensured we were able to actually eat the food we selected but the other wait staff were attentive to all our guest's needs. The night ran so smoothly and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them!

The opportunity to 'wow' our guests through locally sourced means, providing a 'taste of Rhode Island' and showing our friends and family why we love to call lil' Rhody our home, Blackstone Caterers delivered. Karen was a completely pleasure to work with, her infectious smile and lovable laugh, she worked with us constantly throughout, answering our thoughts, questions, and concerns promptly. Scheduled, constructive meetings followed by our tasting, we were able to work with Karen to the very last minute on our wedding. An accompaniment of linens and china, plenty of culinary options to choose to tailor to the season, in our case between Summer and Autumn, familiar and able to work with our other vendors, there was not one discouraging comment from our friends and family, in fact, they can't stop talking about it.

The setup and decor simply beautiful, the food presentation (cocktail hour, passed hors d'oeuvres, and plated dinner) spectacular, the staff meticulous, tailored, and definitely on foot and knee for our guests, hands down, highly recommend Blackstone Caterers.
