You will be required to book a consultation with Chef Kirsten to discuss your event in more detail. You will receive an email with important booking information. Once your booking request has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with important links. Your final email will include links to our sample menu packages and general pricing information to help you prepare for your consultation.
The edible flowers and herbs we grow on site add a unique touch to each reception. These lovely flowers adorn various items such as hors d'oeuvres or desserts, making your event truly special and unique, something you'll only find at Alaskan Events & Catering, LLC. These beautiful hand made charcuterie boards come from the birch trees that have lived past their prime. Our own general manger handcrafts them from trees off on our Hatcher Pass B&B.

I decided to order a Mother's day meal from Alaska Events and Catering this year. Allowing me to enjoy more time with the family while also supporting a locally owned and operated small business during this pandemic. I cant tell you enough how well the food is! The prime rib was smoked and so juicy! Mashed potatoes were buttery, creamy, and delicious! My kids had seconds and thirds. I will most definitely be returning : Thank you Kirsten for making my meal with lots of love

This review is long overdue! Kirstin catered our wedding several years ago, and we were blown away by what a fantastic job she did. We'd never been to Alaska but wanted a destination wedding, so we were doing all our wedding planning from California, which wasn't easy. Kirstin not only helped us with the catering but went out of her way to help when we ran into problems with other parts of the wedding planning.
Then on the day of the event everything with the food went absolutely perfectly. Kirstin showed up right on time and had everything ready to go just as planned, and the food was AMAZING! Our families raved about the food, and we even kept it for leftovers- it was that good. I'm so glad to see that Alaskan Events & Catering is still going strong, I highly recommend them!

Fantastic catering company in Wasilla. Serves all of Alaska. Great service, very professional, creative, and genuinely care about making your event the best it can possibly be. Offers catering for any event - corporate, weddings, any sort of gathering. Have had the delicious pleasure of eating their creations on a couple of occasions, as well as having worked with Kirsten at a business event I was in charge of planning.
They make it look easy, and it will be perfectly executed. I'm surprised this is the first review for this business although I know the word-of-mouth for them has been amazing. Ask around, this is the caterer you will hear great things about.
