Services
Although we've sold the space, here's some history: The kitchen was built it with group events, both large and small, in mind, but we also made it a full catering kitchen. A great space, it has attracted Top Chef, which used it as the location for it's inaugural season, and Clint Eastwood, who shot scenes for the movie Hereafter.
Paulding & Company provided a variety of culinary-based services. We hosted group cooking events, including corporate team building, private parties of all sorts, and intimate, interactive wedding rehearsal dinners, where the families got to know one another while cooking their dinner. Cooking and dining together is a wonderful way to build camaraderie, with an almost alchemical effect of bringing a group of people together as they create and then enjoy a delicious meal together.Our children's summer camp gets rave reviews from kids and parents alike.

We have so many menus, it's hard to know when to stop listing them. To your right, you'll find samples that fit the different types of events we offer, which we hope will inspire you. We change menus based on micro-seasons, taking as much advantage as possible of what's good in the farmer's markets we're blessed to have year-round in the Bay Area.
