We absolutely love Pappas Catering! Pappas has the highest level of professionalism and goes above and beyond to make your event a success. Cannot say enough great things about them.

We used Pappas Catering for our wedding (specifically Pappasito's) and would definitely recommend their services! Communication was great and everything was extremely organized. Lots of guests complimented the food and service - we had chips & queso for cocktail hour and chicken & steak fajitas for dinner. My only cons - I was told that not everyone was served chips & queso at the HH and not everyone/every table was served cake after dinner. So maybe something to make a point of discussing when making preparations. Pappas Catering does include cake cutting & serving in their catering. 9/10 would recommend.

I hired Pappa's Catering for my wedding and it was perfect! I had one wedding guest say the fajitas were "the best dang fajitas I've ever had". They grilled on-site so everything was fresh and tasted amazing! I had several guests tell me the staff and bartenders were phenomenal and the buffet line didn't take long at all! If you need fajitas and all the fixings plus great catering staff, look no further and have Pappa's!

We chose to have Pappas Catering for my wife's birthday party here at the house. From the beginning, Julianna did everything she could to make the day special - even adjusting the published menu to accommodate our special requests. When the cook team showed up, the team was professional and took every opportunity to ensure that the party flowed well, everything was decorated for the event, guests never had to lift a finger as everything served, removed from the tables when finished, cleaned up, and left the house exactly as when they had arrived.

In fact, I received many comments from the guests that Pappas Catering had exceeded their expectations also. Although cost was higher than having it at the restaurant, the service paid for itself in dividends. Thank you, Pappas Catering, for exceeding all our expectations and helping to make the event great!

Our company can't thank you and your staff for another wonderful company Christmas Party. We especially would like to thank Megan for pulling out all the stops and making sure we had exactly what we wanted. The staff was as always friendly and professional. The only quiet we had was when we were served our delicious menu. We couldn't get enough.

The venue was a sparkling reflection of the Christmas holiday; with all of the twinkling lights and the beautiful decorated Christmas Tree. This is why our company keeps coming back.

Megan and Juliet with Pappas Catering were absolutely fabulous! We had a lot of last minute changes and they definitely pulled through in a clutch! We have used them for several events and the service (as well as the food) is always A-1! From the moment they arrived at the venue, they showed care with getting our event set up and ensuring our guests were comfortable with the setup.

They cooked the food on site and many of the attendees remarked that the veggies were fresh and the steak fajitas were like butter! We will definitely continue to use them in the future!

Your catering van pulling a barbecue pit tonight is dropping hot, glowing orange coal out of the pit all over the road and highway for miles now. please properly enclose your trailer & pit or learn to dowse your hot coals with water before traveling before you start a fire.

This is the second time I've used the Pappas Catering team. I am so grateful to have them take care of everything so that I could focus on guests. The team is professional and very hard working. They set up and then change to their serving clothing. We even had a vegetarian dining option along with the famous fajitas. Before the team leaves they box everything up for left overs. Please pass this on to all the staff- We cannot thank you all enough the Mary Queen 50th Jubilee Garden Party would not have been the same. You were all so professional - We loved the staff, everyone said they were so friendly and helpful and chicken tender guy was a hoot we heard- Juianna and Lindsey were amazing! We were so impressed by how much they ALL helped out, opening olives, cutting cheese, helping fill tables, lemonade, helping find a safety pin, finding my phone and remaining calm!

Which we needed! Do not even think they even ate or drank anything which we will learn from to offer for next time- anyhow our hearts were swelling with gratefulness for them.

Held my 60th at a local pub that my wife and I frequent. About 150 people showed up. Fajitas, Ribs, Quail, Shrimp, and Ceviche. I would give them 10 stars if it was an option. They set their grill up and prepared everything onsite and it was all amazing. I have used Pappa's in the past and always had great luck with the quality and service. They were key in making my party a success!

I recently utilized Pappas Catering (Pappasito's) for my daughter's high school grad party, and they did not disappoint. From scheduling and coordinating the details, to arriving at my home and setting up for the event, they executed everything perfectly. I barely had to lift a finger! The food was amazing (beef and chicken fajitas cooked on-site), and the service was top notch!

The two gentlemen who were on-site were FANTASTIC! They were professional, friendly, and worked so hard to make sure I was completely satisfied with both the food and service. Highly recommend. I definitely will be using Pappas Catering again for future events!

Our Bar Mitzvah Party was catered by Pappas and was a great success. Lindsey B. was our event coordinator and attended to all our requests. Because we had active food stations with grilling set up outside, the food was exceptionally fresh and delicious. The service staff was very attentive and professional. We highly recommend Pappas Catering for any special occasion.

I recently had an event at my office and utilized the services that Pappas catering provided. Dawson and Jessica were our event servers and leaders and did an outstanding job. They were flexible and easy to work with. I especially love that serving is included in the price which made our event run smoothly. The girls were nice to each and everyone of our employees and we heard great things about the service after they had left. Pappas made our event a success and we will definitely use them in the future, and hope to get Jessica and Dawson back here. Thanks for everything. Easy and quick set up and clean up, with no supervision required.

Professional, extremely thorough, always smiling, and always pouring the best drinks. Pappas catered my wedding and we got SO MANY compliments on how wonderful they were and how good the food was. They served our guests quickly and efficiently, cut our cake and served it, and cleaned up quickly as well. Lauren H. was top notch! She helped us with our tasting, answered all of our questions and was never pushy. I had a set list of drinks and specific cup for each for the bar to serve. She set up the info and it was executed flawlessly! 100% recommend!

We reserved pappas for a large event for about 60ish people. Food arrived and was set up on time; service was good but food was really salty and mediocre quality for the price range. For food we had taqueria, chips/dip and a Buffett of tacos; for drinks we had beers, wines and margaritas. Pros: Good, reliable service for large events Delivery is prompt Food setup is good Cons: Food quality is ok and very salty esp the meats

I called Pappas Catering because I was planning my parents' 60th anniversary party. I talked to them about what I had in mind, and they were very helpful with solutions to help us come up with the perfect menu. We had the party this evening, and it could not have been better. They showed up a few minutes early and immediately got to work. We had a wonderful team helping: Margaret, Miguel, Gerardo, and Adam. They prepared delicious food and provided wonderful service. Best of all, no clean up for us! Definitely would use them again!

We used Pappas catering for our wedding over the weekend and overall we are very pleased. They showed up on time, the service was great, and there was a ton of food leftover. I found while planning the wedding they were very easy to work with over the phone and very helpful in figuring out numbers and such. They are also very reasonably priced. The only two things I would have changed is they told us they would provide their fabulous butter sauce for my groom, he is in love with that stuff, and they didn't have any for him.

We also had a quesadilla station for appetizers and they were a little slow coming out so most people were served quesadillas during dinner instead. They were delicious, I just wish they had been available for actual cocktail hour instead. I received a follow-up phone call several days after the wedding to make sure everything went as planned and I thought that was very nice of them.

When I was planning this memorial service everyone said to call Pappasitos. So, I did. Yes, they may cost a little more - but, it's definitely worth it I was not hassled at all. Speak to Kendrick. He is the man! Everything went smoothly. I had no problems. We didn't even go over budget and he made everything happen! I believe i had to give him one day notice for delivery for 100 people. Thanks Kendrick!

I wish that I could give Pappas Catering more than five stars. I was completely apathetic when it came to the food that would be served at the reception for our wedding, so my father did all of the administrative work with Pappas in advance including choosing the menu. I was blown away by the service that Pappas provided at the reception. My husband and I arrived long after the appetizers had run out, but the staff had set aside a plate for each of us with two of each of the appetizers that were served and even brought my husband his plate while we were in the receiving line prior to enjoying our meal.

After completing the receiving line and getting food of our own, the rolls had run out; however, the staff was again on top of this and had set aside a roll for each of us before they ran completely out. The food was delicious, and we received many compliments on it. The staff was very attentive throughout the night including boxing up an entire meal for my husband and I to eat that they put in the car for us after we did our sendoff. I have never been more impressed with service from any company and HIGHLY recommend Pappas if you are looking for a perfectly smooth event.

We had Pappas cater our new building grand opening! We have used them to cater employee luncheons many times, and as usual, they did a spectacular job. The setup and take down is always very smooth, and their interaction with our guests was personal and engaging. Debbie and staff did an outstanding job!

Pappas catered a wedding I coordinated on Sunday. The service was above and beyond what I expected. I had used them before for several corporate gatherings, but I would have never guessed they would keep me from ever considering a typical wedding catering company again. The Pappas crew was on time, organized, detailed oriented and helped the entire process before and after go smoothly.

The staff members were professional and very friendly. From day one Lindsey guided us through the many options to create the perfect menu and was readily available to answer questions and address concerns. The food was delicious and all of the guests happily ate to their hearts content. Yay Pappas!

I used Pappas Catering to cater our wedding last weekend. They went above and beyond - making sure everything was absolutely PERFECT! Debbie K. was amazing! She helped me create a custom menu perfect for our wedding theme. The food was out of this world! They offer on-site grilling and carving stations which added a beautiful touch. Their entire team was so friendly, professional & efficient - they paid amazing attention to detail.

It really showed how much they cared about making our event everything we had envisioned! I will definitely use Pappas Catering in the future & would recommend them to anyone looking to cater an event! I can't thank them enough!
