I worked with sissy and she was ABSOLUTELY amazing. From the beginning to the end. Everything was perfect for our wedding reception! I was so nervous with me being from another state but she made it everything so smooth. The venue was beautiful and more than enough space for my guests. The outside was stunning if I could do this night over again I wouldn't change a single thing!

I was the recipient of a catered Mother's Day dinner from Diamond Events and I can't say enough great things about them! We got this amazing Cajun pasta with sauteed veggies. It was SO flavorful, the pasta was cooked just right (not too soft, not slimy, not too sticky), and the sauce was so tasty I've been trying to replicate it in my own cooking time (so far unsuccessful haha).

The dinner came with flowers and a bottle of wine, all of which were absolutely lovely. The delivery was packed well, nothing leaking out, salads and bread rolls included. I can't wait til we can book them to cater a big event for us. I know my friends and family will love their food - and their service!

I went to Vegas for my husband's 50th and contacted Diamond Events to cater a dinner for 9. Chef really worked with me and the menu he suggested was Awesome. It was an abundance of food and it was delicious. Highly recommend

My experience with this company was amazing. The Manager Nick helped me create an experience that will always be one of most wonderful moments. They catering to your every need. Very professional, detailed, and extremely talented group. I can't thank Nick and his Angels enough. The Angels were the three amazing women he sent to work my event. And we gave them that nickname because there were God sent.

NICK AND HIS ENTIRE TEAM BLEW ME AWAY! I MEAN I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT TO WRITE I GOT SO MANY COMPLIMENTS FROM HOW BEAUTIFUL THE DISPLAYS WERE, HOW FRIENDLY AND HELPUL THE TEAM WAS, TO HOW GOOD THE FOOD WAS. I searched and searched for the perfect event company to organize my mom's celebration of life! Nick and his staff were absolutely phenomenal! From the first phone call to the tear down! Truly went above and beyond and showed such compassion and grace during a very difficult time! They were more than just a catering company. they exemplified what it means to be truly good and loving people thank you Nick and everyone who helped my family and I in celebrating my beautiful mom! I can't say enough great things about Diamond Events and Catering! The food is AMAZING, Nick is WONDERFUL to work with and does a PHENOMENAL job of making sure the food arrives on time and tastes impeccable! I am beyond grateful for Nick's willingness to go above and beyond in making things right. Nick and his team were great to work with! I had an event at World Market Center catered for a show, and they did not disappoint. Menu planning was easy, delivery was always on time, and the food was great. Price was out of the park competitive- it was a no brainer! I will 100% be calling Nick for our next show!

Absolutely Amazing! So happy they came into my life! I order lunch for around 80 people every Saturday at work, they were so tired of pizza and sandwiches every weekend. We have used Diamond Events & Catering the last 2 weeks and everyone was well fed and extremely happy :. Sissy is so amazing and very personable. Showed up on time, had everything set up in 5 minutes or less. and the food was piping hot!

Had this at my cousin's wedding. Mac 'n cheese tasted like ramen noodles. Wtf. I definitely won't be hitting this company for my next event.

I had this catering service while I was at my cousin's wedding. I am not expecting amazing food at a wedding but I do expect the chicken to be moist and the Mac n cheese to be tasty. It wasn't. The caterer servers seemed nice but the quality of the food was bad. I'll stop at McDonald's on the way home.

My son and new daughter in law were trying to keep their wedding expenses down so opted to do a pizza/wings/salad with Diamond Events. Unfortunately, they put the food out so early, the pizza looked overcooked and was cold, they only had 2 flavors of wings and put only 1 salad dressing out, which tasted terrible. We had so much leftover because no one was eating it, we ended up throwing a lot away.very disappointing!

My husband and I have worked in events (photo and video) for over 13 years, we have seen it all and know good from bad in this industry. Nick and his team at Diamond Events took care of all of our catering needs flawlessly and we had the wedding of our dreams. The food was amazing and the team was on top of everything from beginning to end. We could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you Diamond Events:)

Now normally I don't do this, but I feel reviewing this is necessary due to my experience with this company. I will first start off by saying the set up and professionalism of the server was up to par. However I can not say the same for the food. The food lacked flavor and overall was just not good. I know that when cooking for large groups you can not please everyone.

However the fact that Myself and several coworkers became ill shortly after is what worries me. I myself and co workers suffered from vomiting and diarrhea. I do not want any compensation, nor am I bashing this company. I just thought the company and my fellow peers should know. Thank you.

Diamond catering is the best! My son and daughter use them all the time for all their office lunches, etc so we thought we would try them for my "50" birthday, oh my gosh the food was fantastic. They go above and beyond also they did my bridal shower last weekend and the food was fantastic and it was set up so beautiful. Both parties talked about it how good it was and they will be using them their next event. Thank you!

Absolutely out of this world. Nick is a tremendous staff member, and he worked the room. The presentation and food quality were better than any I've ever experienced at a luncheon. Job extremely well done! I am keen to find ways to work with them.

My husband and I worked with the owner, Maurice, and his assistant, Nick, for our wedding. From the beginning of our interaction, Maurice and the team made sure to listen to our needs and what we were trying to depict on our special day. During the process, they met with us sporadically in case any changes were made. Without thought, my husband and I changed our diet mid planning to vegan and gluten free, which made us have to change some of the meal courses for our wedding.

Without hesitation, Maurice and Nick worked very hard to make my husband's and my meal special for us two as well as our wedding cake. Hardly anyone recognized that our wedding cake with Vegan & Gluten Free--we were so thankful for this accommodation! On the day of, Nick took charge and organized the courtyard beautifully for our wedding. He and his team made sure to take over any changes or needed lead while my husband and I relaxed on our special day. Overall, this service was exquisite! I highly recommend this company for any events that you choose to plan. Their professionalism and punctuality makes any event planning run smoothly.

Maurice Thank you for making my 40th Birthday beautiful, your team did a great job setting up seating for 50 in the courtyard, an Arbor and podium, and a tent in the side garden along with tables and chairs around the pool. We planned our entire wedding thru the internet and of course, we were scared! I picked Diamond due to their menu, their quick response to my questions and their easy way to determine price point. That was only the beginning of the fantastic service they gave us. Nick was there when we needed him to be, set up and finished when we needed, back to clean up when we needed and the food was FANTASTIC!

Every one of our guests commented on how good the food was and how nice it looked. Choosing a caterer online is a gamble and we totally hit the jack pot with Diamond Events. Maurice and his team were FANTASTIC! Our wedding could not have been as great without them. We chose a non-typical wedding venue so we had to bring in everything in ourselves (tables, chairs, china, etc.). Maurice and his team did everything! They brought in the tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware, aisle decor, lighting. EVERYTHING! Maurice accommodated every single request with no complaints.

He even filled my request for last minute string lighting above the dance floors. Everything was set-up exactly how I imagined it, and it was cleaned up according to venue specifications. The food was also delicious! I received several compliments about all the food that was served. They even served sandwiches during cocktail hour that were not part of the Hors d'oeuvres menu at no additional cost. Maurice prepared everything exactly as discussed.

He allowed for two taste testing before the wedding and prepared a variety of dishes for us to choose from. Maurice also provided our bar. We had open beer and wine with a cash option for hard liquor. There was a larger selection of beer than expected, which was great! We expected about 3, but I think there was more like 5-6. My only complaint is that at one point they ran out of Moscato wine, but they quickly fixed it and got more. Maurice responded to all my questions in a timely manner, and he was always willing to meet in person if needed. All in all I had a great experience with Diamond Events and would definitely use them again.
