Reached out a few weeks ago. Heard nothing. My wife reached out a few days after I had. No response. I decided to call to see if I could talk to anyone. A lady answered. Said she would have someone call back. Never heard from anyone. Sorry for the 1 star but even a follow up "hey we are to busy" would have been much appreciated.

Unbelievable! I booked Bravo for my daughters destination wedding here in Missoula ( reception at the White Raven-Alberton ) Ryan was a pleasure to work with and was patient and made great food suggestions. The service was AMAZING! All our out of town guests raved about the service and the quality of food. We had a long happy hour with a live action mini burger/Blt station.
The staff were friendly and competant and passed around several appetizers. Dinner was family style DELICIOUS chicken with a huckleberry glaze-- served hot and delicious at the tables. Spring risotto, glazed carrots. Then at 10pm out comes taco station and plied my guests with delicouls food. I could not be happier! 125 guests and the next day they all spoke about the food. He also provided our bartending staff-Mariane was in charge and was competent and hard working! I was so impressed. Thank you Bravo!

My wife and I were having a small destination wedding near Missoula. We are from California, and had no way of trying the food in advance but thought we would go for it. Ryan and his staff were nothing but helpful, and were willing to work with us in terms of staff, menu, and everything else we needed to accommodate for our small group. First, the service: The catering team showed up right on time, and the staff were basically ninjas.
They were attentive to the needs of the table, yet we hardly noticed them there. After dinner and dessert, we didn't even notice they were gone until they had already cleaned up and loaded up their van. Secondly, the food: I personally love food, especially good food, and the food we got was incredible. All 15 people at the table loved the meal, and had nothing but praise for every component of our dinner.
I can't thank Ryan and his staff enough for making out meal so special. The attention to detail, and the personalized care and service I received during the time leading up to the wedding was great, and gave my wife and I peace of mind.

Ryan and his staff catered our wedding at the Teller Wildlife refuge. I would highly reccomend them for any event. He really nailed what we wanted to serve our guests. Here is what they did really well: 1. The food was excellent 2. They were professional and courteous 3. They were there well in advance and everything was served hot and fresh 4. Did I mention the food was absolutely amazing? (pulled pork tacos as an appetizer is truly one of the best things I have ever eaten) Thank you so much for making our event incredible.

Hi. I helped plan the Hellgate High School Class of 1992 Reunion, and we worked with Bravo Catering on our main reunion dinner/event at Caras Park. I gotta tell you: Ryan Boehme and Bravo Catering were awesome. Some of the highlights: Ryan was really flexible and easy to work with when it came to coming up with a menu that fit our goal. We needed to have a specific price per person that included the rentals of silverware, water glasses, plates, and table cloths and napkins.
In the end, we came up with a reasonable price that didn't break anybody's bank to have dinner down at Caras Park. The food was excellent. Whenever you plan a big event like this, you rarely get a chance to sit down and eat, but I did. The grilled chicken breast was tender. The barbeque sauce was obviously homemade, Bravo cooks all their food on the spot, so it's fresh and hasn't been sitting in holding bins for hours on end.
When I showed up, his chefs were just finishing up grilling vegetables (he cooks everything on the spot in two mobile catering trucks that are basically full scale restaurant kitchens) for 140 people, and the vegetables were seriously tasty. Ryan had an excellent vegetarian lasagne prepared for our vegetarian guests, and my wife told me it was one of the best homemade lasagnes she's ever had.
The garden salad was excellent. It was full of tasty summer greens and fresh vegetables, and there was more than enough to go around. The dressings were all homemade, and my buddy told me that the huckleberry dressing was the best dressing he'd ever had. Ryan was also flexible when it came to letting us bring in our own Costco cake. A lot of caterers would require that you buy a cake from them, but he had no problem with us taking care of that ourselves.
When I asked him if we should do a coffee service, he didn't try to sell me up for a bunch of extra stuff. He told me that it would be a waste of money and to not worry about it. There were too many good things to remember about Bravo Catering. The next time we have a shindig, we're hiring them to handle our business. It's really what they do best.
