Stopped in today to get a sandwich I saw posted on the GrubFathers page on IG. He posted the sandwich, and asked his followers to give it a name, and if the name was chosen said person would win something well the winner named it. the Burrata Bing, and that's what I asked for, but when I received the sandwich.it was something totally different. it was the Burrata B kidding me.needless to say.

I returned to get the sandwich I actually ordered. When I received the sandwich it was still wrong, but I didn't go back to complain. I just ate it, it was good, but it's not what I saw on the GrubFathers page. my sandwich was made on a hero.his was on a wrap, his had shaved prosciutto, it was missing on mine. This sandwich cost me $14.95 plus tax.it would've been nice to get the sandwich I came there for.

The person behind the counter was apologetic as she stated they have 3 sandwiches with similar names so it gets confusing which is understandable, but my thing is. I cant stand paying for food that wasn't made correctly not once, but twice. I even initially showed the IG video the Grubfather posted so there would be no mistakes. Later on as I'm perusing the menu I discover this sandwich is literally called "The No Name Wrap" which consist of chicken cutlet, shaved prosciutto, brushetta, spinach in garlic and oil, creamy buratta, and pesto-mayioli.

I'll be visiting this store again, and hopefully I'll leave with what I came in for. 6/14/22. Stopped in again today to get the No Name Wrap. I have to say the customer service was A1.as I explained what happened on my initial visit, and the owner Mike. was nice enough to give me this sandwich on the house. It was delicious, and made with everything I saw on the GrubFathers page! Satisfied customer here. Thank you again Mike.

Honestly, my only regret is that I couldn't be on Long Island longer in order to come to this place multiple times. Food was BOMB. So many options. Friendly staff. Would recommend.

Grabbed a bite to eat for breakfast and settled on "The Hangover". It basically had eggs, Philly cheese steak, American cheese and hashbrowns stuffed in a roll. The only thing amazing about it was the price costing well north of 10.

Yes, it's good food and the employees are very friendly. But very expensive. 17 dollars for a pre made Greek salad and a half pound of tuna salad is way too much.

This place has the most unique sandwich combinations of anywhere I've been.had the Jose burrito for breakfast and the sloppy drunk for lunch.both crazy good! I think they have healthy stuff too but i just stare at the sandwiches every time im there! Fast and friendly service, even when it's busy! Definitely recommend

Great sandwiches that you won't find anywhere else. You really have to study the menu and it's a struggle to pick just one item. Great selection of cakes and cookies for desert as well. Professional staff get your orders right everytime! Small parking lot in the rear makes pickup easy.

I'm definitely a bagel lover I bought it from here. I can honestly say they were dry, hard, and did not taste fresh. I did not want to break my beautiful teeth on them I also had some other food which tasted pretty good. But I don't think I will go back there. The service was not very nice to me they were hiding behind the counter touching things and in this day and age with the coronavirus prowling about it is very suspicious and what was in their hands and then touch my food. One person literally coughed into their hand and then opened a bag for me to put food in. I was not paying for that my dear but I did and then decide not to go back

Really good sandwiches here only got the rolando but it was amazing! I can't wait to try more sandwiches this place is the real deal!

Been to this place for first time as a hungry soul for some wholesome breakfast on a wintery morning and was so suprised. This place has cozy and loving vibes with delicious food. Good quantity at a reasonable price and free coffee! Special shout out to Berta who took our order and was so kind and warm with us. Looking forward to come here again. Thank you Berta.
