Bubba (our Pitmaster), a pile of wood, a pig, a cow, a big Texas pit and lots of time create some great Texas 'Q. Brisket, beef ribs, pork ribs, pork shoulder and our tasty hotlinks make for some "Knuckle Suckin'" Good eating! We start with a custom-built Texas pit smoker - big enough to feed a Sunday-after church, hungry, hat-wearing crowd, usually about 1,000 lbs+ of un-Vegetarian deliciousness.
When you say we are full of Bull, you would be right! Our hot dogs are not only 100% Beef but they are 100% Bull meat which gives an even greater texture to the dog. With no fillers or additives, the Vienna Hot Dog is one of the best tasting in the country. With your choice of eleven free toppings and two more premium toppings, you can do a Classic Chicago Dog, or go rogue and create your own.
A big pile of pit-smoked chopped pork, 18-hour brisket, 1/2 slab of St. Louis ribs, served with slaw and an assortment of BBQ sauces. Tossed in Wing-Time mild or hot wing sauce, served with blue cheese dressing and cucumber slices. Over a pound portion of pork rib slab, cooked in long strips and cut into bite-size pieces (not a pork rib.)

I feel so bad I never made my review for windy city. I always stop over for pizza. The lunch special is on point Pizza drink and salad for a reasonable price. The Chicago hot dog is pretty authentic. For me it's all about those pizzas the sauce is very good and flavorful. the crust is nice and buttery with a little crisp. The interior looks old school but very comfy. and the staff here is great! stopover and give them a try you won't be disappointed.

Very friendly staff. I ordered here first time and I asked for their opinion they did not rush me into anything. Leo didn't go off even though I was taking too long to order. He was awesome and respectful. I will definitely be coming back. I drove all the way from far east bay to try it out and i was not disappointed at all.

Ordered the windy city combo deep dish and the bbq meat sampler, mac and cheese and a corn muffin. Food was excellent. Pizza was flavorful and the crust was buttery and tasty. Every meat was awesome. Very tender and full of flavor. Came with sauces that kicked it up an notch. Spent a little over $100 for the meal but was worth it. Will return for more.

Classic Chicago deep dish pizza. The pizzas are cooked to perfection No burnt areas and the cheese is gooey delicious. The crust is flaky and not hard like other pizzas. They also have awesome texas style bar b que. The ribs are smokey and tender. If you order ribs and a pizza, you have an awesome meal
