During Liberia's period of raging civil war, proceeds from this small business sustained the Chef's immediate, extended families, and many other war victims. This budding venture continued upon relocating to the USA as 'Chokey's Cuisines', and became famous among close friends.

Annette catered my rehearsal dinner (60 people) on January 29, 2021. I cannot say enough great things about Annette's Catering! The food was absolutely delicious (we had the Italian spread). I would definitely love to have her cream cheese stuffed peppers again. woooow. Annette and her husband came and set everything up. Not only was the food top notch, but they made a beautiful spread. Annette was very responsive, fun, flexible, and adequately priced. I can't wait to have another event and give Annette a call.

If you're looking for the perfect way to "Wow!" your wedding guests, look no further than Annette's Desserts. Annette supplied a cheesecake bar, cheesecake bites, and cupcakes for our wedding. all of which were delicious (and addictive!). Annette was open and honest regarding the quantity needed to satisfy our guests, and flexible to changes up to a couple weeks before the wedding date.
Our guests raved about being able to sample a variety of flavors thanks to the bite-sized selections. Our only disappointment is that we should've ordered more to take home with us!

Before I talk about the actual food/dessert, one of the best things was how amazing Annette was to work with. Extremely organized and very reasonable charges. The food was absolutely amazing and she was really able to work with whatever we wanted. We did a combination of 2 of her buffets so there was more option. There was a tiny issue with the venue not having a prep kitchen with 1 of the appetizers I wanted and she came up with the solution.
Also very nice that her desserts are fantastic. Very easy that I was able to just go to 1 person for it all. Got tons of compliments on both the food and dessert. Very happy I chose Annette's!
