Teresa was totally on her job for this event. She had a great time serving us. The entire wait staff was absolutely coordinated and efficient. This venue is top notch! I really enjoyed every thing about this past Saturday! 10 off 10 recommend!

I highly recommend this venue. I recently assisted with a destination wedding at the Riverview Room. Upon arrival for the ceremony rehearsal, Skylar was extremely helpful, organized and personable. She put everyone at ease about the wedding and reception. She also offered some assets that we needed to complete the decor. The day of the wedding Skyler introduced us to her entire team who assisted us with setting up the decor and staging some props.

They went beyond their scope of work to make sure that everyone was ready for the wedding. Melinda who is the lead chef is professional, and loves what she does. The food was delicious and the servers were so incredibly gracious. The bride and groom were happy and their special day was perfect as they had planned! I would highly recommend this venue as the staff, service and location add to the ambiance and magic of New Orleans. Thanks Skyler and chef Malinda for making April 16, 2022 EPIC! Very Very Nice. Staff very attentive and the temperature comfortably even on the dance floor. Also the view of the city and river from the balcony is a plus. Look forward to returning on future events.

My daughter was married here. The staff was exceptional. The food was outstanding. The venue was perfect. I highly recommend Riverview Room for any event, especially weddings.

What a great venue for your events! Attended a wedding here that was put on perfectly by the staff. Initially it was an outdoor wedding on their rooftop patio that ended up coming indoors do to a change in the weather. They did a great job flipping the room for the transitions. It had easy access, but still maintained privacy.

Went to an event there last night. The venue is awesome with some great views. The food was delicious. The staff was very helpful and everyone had a smile on their face.

My dream wedding was suppose to take place at Jackson Square today at 1pm. This entire week my fiance and I had been looking at the weather. Hoping and praying that it does not rain, being that our venue was outside. Guess what? It was due to rain at our scheduled time. I cried. As a bride, wedding planning is stressful, but to walk down the aisle, surrounded by umbrellas, was by far, the most heart breaking thing.

At the last minute, literally 10am this morning, we called the Riverview Room to see if they could help us out in anyway possible. And they did! On extremely short notice, they accommodated ALL of our needs! ALL OF THEM! And we had a lot! I am beyond appreciative for all the effort and hard work that everyone at the Riverview Room made, JUST for us!

I had a brunch wedding and it was perfect. It stormed the entire week so we had to do the ceremony indoors but it was just as beautiful! The cigar bar was an awsome touch! The staff was great. Katie worked with me as I changed my menu several times. I would definitely recommend this venue!

We attended a wedding celebration here at it was a fantastic venue. The views were spectacular, the food was great and the service was on point. It was a large venue that seemed very intimate. There were at least 150 people and it was very comfortable. There was a large dance floor good amount of seating are and two patios to enjoy the view of the river. ReLly enjoyed the venue and would recommend to friends

We had our wedding on the rooftop recently and the reception followed inside and we could not have asked for a more perfect experience or evening. The staff went above and beyond to help our every need. They even organized the sparkler send off in the stairway at the end, handed out sparklers to everyone and then passed out the handkerchiefs as we started our Second Line Parade. It was a perfect and magical night with a gorgeous view of the city and river. Love the staff at Riverview Room!

I attended the most beautiful wedding here last weekend. You really can't beat the view. And as bad as wedding food usually is (it sits around all day), everything tasted amazing.

Was just here for a wedding for two of my dear friends. The view of the river was amazing. The food was good too, and the place was actually bigger than I imagined it. The only thing I didn't care for was the low ceilings - I absolutely love high ceilings - especially at wedding/party venues, so that would be my only complaint.

I attended a wedding there last night it was really nice. i loved the glass door entrances. It makes me wonder how long this place has been in business. I would say it is on Par with some of the nice private event spaces on Fulton st. Service was top notch this lady Lula constantly cleared our table of half eaten cold food. The Nighttime View of the River cant be Beat!

The bathroom is a lil hard to find and it doesnt have the historical factor like the Cabildo but i would definately book this space for a private event if there asking price wasnt astronomical.

We had our daughter's wedding reception there and it was WONDERFUL! Mary and all the staff were wonderful. They really took care of everything. All our guests commented how great the food was, the views were wonderful and how beautiful everything was. I will definitely recommend this venue to everyone.

Wonderful! My sons wedding was there last Sunday night. What great service. The staff was every friendly and attentive. The wedding and reception was beautiful and a huge success. Everyone had a great time.

Beautiful views, nice outdoor patios, big dance floor, great lighting. The roast beef station is the best thing they serve and maybe a few of the items they pass around. But I would def recommend this place. It has a great atmosphere and professional staff. Guests have to pay for parking($12-$14 for a wedding)
