Ladyfingers Catering is your go-to caterer for weddings, serving over 200 weddings per year. Our Wedding Coordinator is available to handle any and all questions about planning your perfect day, from set up, to service, to clean up. Menus are separated by types: Reception Menus (heavy hors d'oeuvers and appetizers), Dinner Buffets, Plated Dinners, Family Style Menus, or Station Menus.

You may look at the venues and facilities section at the top of our website for a list of our venues. The venue you choose may affect several costs associated with your event. For example, some facilities provide items such as tables, chairs and linens. Some facilities provide set up and break down of tables and chairs.

I'm not sure what happened, as we were really excited to use Ladyfingers catering. The food at the open house was delicious, customer service was great, no issues at all. We used them for our wedding last month in April. We had frequent complaints from our guests that the caterers kept rushing them while trying to eat, and even taking their plates in the middle of eating! I probably won't be recommending them to anyone else.

I used Ladyfingers for a corporate event on Tuesday and I could not be more impressed! I worked with Karly for weeks leading up to the event, she answered all my questions in full detail and quickly. The night of the event, I was pleasantly greeted by the staff manager Jason and bar manager Mike. The staff and food were nothing less than extraordinary, every guest commented on the deliciousness and amount of food. Affordable, quality customer service, and exceptional product. I highly recommend Ladyfingers Catering!

I had an AMAZING experience working with Ladyfingers for our non-profit fundraiser. Everyone raved about the food - it was all delicious. And on top of the great food, Lea, Karly and the whole Ladyfingers team made planning incredibly easy by being creative, proactive, responsive and flexible. They even brought their own coordinating decor for their stations and it was beautiful! I would highly recommend and am already working with them again on my next event!

I had to come on here and give Ladyfinger's Catering a 5 star review, it is Dec 22., 2021 and I am so very pleased with the job they did for us today, we provided a meal for a special customer of ours which has a company of 40 employees and we had lunch served to them to express our appreciation for their business. I live in Bowling Green and was kind of a loss as to who to contact, the reviews told me to go with Ladyfingers and I assure you they were not leading us in the wrong direction!
The food was amazing and plenty of it as well as it looked as good as it tasted! Tim and Johnny were the two who set it up, kept it going and broke it down! Even the decorations were reflective of the business they served! I am just wanting them to know how happy we were with them and I frankly don't always impress easily, but today was an exception! Thank you for making our event such a success and for doing it with class and professionalism! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Ladyfingers catered our plated dinner reception this past weekend. Staff was professional, timely, attentive. The food was delicious and we had several people praising the food and requesting the name of our caterer. The company as a whole was very easy and nice to work with, accommodating food preferences/allergies and helping us to craft a cohesive menu. Would definitely recommend for any event!

Ladyfingers was the caterer we chose for my daughter's wedding this past weekend. I am SO happy with that decision! We had a family style dinner ~ Kentucky Bibb lettuce salad with balsamic dressing, fried chicken breast and waffles with sawmill gravy, whipped potatoes and an asparagus bundle ~ it was outstanding! Not only was the food delicious, but the communication with the women prior to her wedding was always prompt and friendly! It's such a nice feeling when you can step back a bit and let them do their thing! Thank you Ladyfingers

For Christmas I bought my Nieces and Nephew a Fruit platter. On Christmas Eve my sister picked it up once she got home she opened it and saw that the watermelon where old I ALSO HAVE PICTURES THE ONLY REASON WE DIDNT RETURN THE PLATTER IS BECAUSE IT WAS INTENDED FOR CHRISTMAS BREAKFAST AND WE HAD NOT HAD TIME FOR A CHANGE IN PLANS I PAYED 60 SOMETHING DOLLARS FOR THIS AND I FIND IT UNACCEPTABLE NOW THE OTHER FRUIT WHERE FINE BUT THE WATERMELON WHERE NOT FRESH I will not be returning

Laura Rich was absolutely amazing as our contact person. She answered any and all questions. At the tasting she was very informative and worked with us on our wedding menu. The wedding day the food was soooo delicious. Everyone raved about it. They had several waiters walking around with the appetizers, they looked so professional and they were very courteous, the crab cakes were by far my favorite!
The dinner was Mardi Gras themed and all the food was hot and perfectly cooked. They even provided a King Cake as our groom's cake and it was scrumptious. As the bride I cannot be happier with the food and professionalism everyone I spoke with showed.
