Mindy was wonderful to work with! She listened and understood my needs and was with me every step of the way. The event was well planned, the food was delicious and the decor was beautiful. Highly recommend!

We used HPWT this August for our daughter's rescheduled wedding, in Alta, at The Peruvian. Mindy is very kind, accessible and responded to all of our many questions within hours. Mindy is a wealth of information for planning weddings; her staff was great, fun, and the food was delicious! Everything promised was delivered in a professional yet easy going manner. Would recommend!

We used Have Party Will Travel for our daughter's wedding. She wanted different, fun food and HPWT got it exactly right AND was half the price of some of the other caterers we received bids from. So when we planned a Harry Potter party, we didn't consider going to any other caterer. Once again, HPWT was terrific. They did exactly what we wanted, the serving table looked amazing, they showed up on time, were such nice people to work with AND we could use any venue even without a kitchen because they show up with the food in their truck. Mindy worked with me until she got the menu to be exactly what I wanted. I would not use any other caterer.

I absolutely loved working with our HPWT for my daughter's wedding gathering! Mindy and Abby were so fantastic--all of the planning before the event was seamless and thorough, and I felt such confidence in their expertise through the entire process. Their pricing was reasonable, and they went out of their way to make sure I was getting the details I needed. And the food was fantastic! We are still getting raves from the guests about how much they loved the food. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful experience with Have Party Will Travel! We had them cater our family graduation party in May. We had 25 people. The set up was beautiful, the food was delicious. We had their staff serving warm grilled cheese sandwiches from our kitchen! They cleaned up everything! It was easy and perfect! We have used them for a wedding in the past as well! They make the process so easy and perfect. We will for sure use them again!

Have Party Will Travel catered my sons wedding reception and did a fabulous job. They were easy and straightforward during the planning stages and they were well organized and looking great ahead of time for our reception. Their excellent preparation ended up saving the day for us because we had a number of guests show up early but the bride and groom show up late (migraine).

We were able to direct everyone over to the food and they smoothly took over and made it all appear quite normal. And did I forget to mention, the food was delicious. Street tacos and chocolate covered strawberries. Thank you Abbey and crew.

We can't recommend Have Party Will Travel enough. They had all the food, chinaware, and linens ready to go perfectly on time, even though we had a morning wedding at Red Butte Garden and the university traffic was especially bad. The staff was so friendly and professional, they seemed to celebrate the day with us, even thought they do hundreds of weddings, and even gave us cute marriage advice as we were leaving and they were cleaning up. :) The food was amazing and beautifully displayed.

Our event specialist was so easy to get ahold of in the months and weeks prior to the big day and even did a site visit with us ahead of time to make sure she knew the exact layout we wanted. I could go on and on. Basically, they will do an amazingly professional job and help you with all the details you forget or don't even realize you need. (For example, she caught a food allergy item super last minute that I hadn't even thought about which allowed all our guests to eat all the food.) 5+ stars from us.

I had an amazing experience picking up my ready-to-eat meal! From placing the phone call, to pulling up and them delivering it curbside straight into my car, I experienced super friendly customer service! The food also delicious! I got their pot roast, parmesan whipped potatoes and honey glazed carrots which came with artisan bread and basil butter. They also were so nice and threw in some eclairs! Can't wait to pick up from them again soon!

Wow! Selecting Have Party Will Travel for our reception was the BEST decision! Mindy and her staff were FANTASTIC to work with every step of the way! They thought of every detail for our event! Everything was handled professionally and created amazing results! Every aspect of the relationship was fabulous - the initial consult; the bid; the food tasting and color decisions; the ability to get us an ice sculpture; the coordination with the venue; the map of the venue; the coordination - set up, and take down of all the tables and rentals; the quick timing to get everything ready as the reception couldn't start until the public library (our venue) closed; the staff who ensured everything flowed smoothly for the evening; the coordination with the venue; the coordination with the cake; Mindy even pinned a hole in my dress before the reception began!

The food was fantastic at the event (we received so many compliments)! The set up of the event was amazing! I had full confidence in everything they were doing due to the communication in the process! I was able to enjoy the event as the mother of the bride as they truly handled all of the details for the evening. If you are looking for a caterer who truly allows you to enjoy the event - you absolutely need to call HPWT!
